What Happens if I Decide to Work With You?

If you choose to work with us, a written agreement comes before filing. We prepare the claim; the State reviews it.

1. We confirm the property and your connection to it.

Review available records and information to determine what supporting documentation may be required.

2. You review and sign our agreement.

Before filing, the client receives a written agreement explaining WRP’s role and fee.

3. We prepare the claim package.

WRP organizes the necessary documents and prepares the claim for submission.

4. The State reviews the claim.

The State determines whether the documentation is sufficient and may request additional information.

5. If the claim is approved, the property is released.

WRP is paid only upon successful recovery according to the written agreement.
