This Site is operated by Wealth Recovery Partners, LLC (“WRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), independent from any state unclaimed property office. We provide information and a way for you to ask us to help with unclaimed property claims. Any actual services are governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a finder/locator agreement) signed by you and us.

Eligibility & lawful use

You must be at least 18 and use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to break security, scrape prohibited sources, or interfere with operations).

WRP is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the California Controller, or any other state. Site content is informational and not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult your own advisor.

Unless the contract says otherwise, payments from a state are issued to the owner (or estate/trust/business), not to WRP.

We may link to or use third-party services (e.g., mail/print providers, analytics, form tools). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.

Intellectual property; limited license

The Site and its contents are owned by WRP or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or create derivatives without permission.

You agree not to: (a) access the Site using automated means without our consent; (b) circumvent security or rate limits; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use the Site to violate applicable laws, portal terms, or third-party rights.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRP from and against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California State without regard to conflicts rules. Dispute resolution: You and WRP agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site by confidential binding arbitration administered by an arbitrator licensed in California State, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court or injunctive relief for misuse of IP or data. Class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@wealthrecoverypartners.net within 30 days of first using the Site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Disputes) will survive termination.
